I ordered $3000 of furniture here three years ago with the extended warranty that in itself and the old manager dan states it basically coveres everything turns out it covers nothing. They delivered a broken couch and told me if I wanted to get it fixed that would use up my warranty. After 2 years of fighting this I talked to their regional manager he told me they wouldn't warranty it, but I could switch it for furniture in the clearance section. Which is impossible unless you drive to the store everyday to look at what's on clearance and no one in the store will return a call and or relay messages because they have gone thru 2 managers since this process has began and I have to re explain the situation every time I call. I now have given up, my furniture is still covered under my extended warranty that won't cover anything and the management team does nothing to help. Horrible place, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!!!! What a waste of hard earned money!!
