Very positive experience in selecting a new couch... the salesman was very helpful in educating us in the different options and choices. We choose to pickup the order, staff was extremely helpful and pointed out some tips to make setup successful.

I appreciated their customer service, we bought a piece that had some parts that quickly broke, they happily contacted the manufacturer and arranged a replacement for no additional charge.
Very poor Customer Service. I had a quality issue with a product and was treated poorly by the employee and management when asking for follow up and assistance. I was left with no result and will never purchase anything from this store again. They told me because the Lost and Found product is made from reclaimed wood you should expect that it should break and not be able to be sat on... it is a dining table and bench.
