I took my dog for a grooming on Sunday morning. The online booking did not work and they had no record of my appointment. Nicole cheerfully fit us in and it was a full service appointment. They did a great job. The manager apologized for the booking issue when I picked him up. Nicole the groomer was friendly and attentive. They were very busy.
I've been shopping here for many years. The store is usually pretty clean and well organized. Best part is over the years the products have stayed in the same areas. Staff is generally friendly but can be hard to find at times and register lines can be long.
A nice store. Took a star off for not having humidity hides for any of their reptiles. Took another one off for continuing to market sand as a safe bedding for a leopard gecko.

Fish tanks full of gunk, and I tried to buy a cleaner fish for my Betta tank (yes it's heated and large) the sales person (female) treated me like a two year old who has never had fish before. I've had fish since the mid 70's. She wouldn't sell one, went to the other pet store and brought a fish home.
