Mind you they were NOT busy either.
The Appleton PD was doing their polar bear plunge drive to raise money for the special Olympics. They were helping with serving tables and bussing them as well. Had a great experience and our waitress was fantastic!
A little pricey. But the servers were helpful and the food is good. Not great, but good.
Also we were supposed to receive a “discount” on the order since the appetizers came out at the same time. Our receipt was ripped showing no actual numbers or order details.
I used to get decent service here. But this past Saturday, a bunch of my friends went to this location for a meal in between our dance performances. When they came back, every single one of them who had chicken was sick. It really ruined part of our show. Others said they knew people who went that night and got sick. I hope someone called the health department on this issue as I know at least one girl who had to go to the hospital to get her stomach pumped due to food poisoning. Shame on a restaurant known for their chicken wings giving people food poisoning on their chicken!
Very poor service from the moment we walked in.
I’ve worked in the restaurant business before, and we are frequent Buffalo Wild Wings customers, but none of this was excetable. We go to the GREEN BAY WEST location in Ashwaubenon where they’re 10x busier. We receive amazing and fast service. We thought we’d receive the same service, unfortunately not!
Took at least 15-20 for our server to eventually come to our table. And took over 45 minutes to actually receive drinks in hand. Which we should’ve been at a booth (3 adults 2 kids). Asked if he could start us off with drinks while we were sitting there ready to order. We weren’t asked if we wanted any appetizers, although appetizers were on our order. Everything came out at once. Verses appetizers first. And half the food was cold. Took over 30 minutes to be asked if we needed any refills.
We had to stand next to bathrooms to be seated while 2 girls were standing there. 2 people came in after us, and got seated before us.
Groups that came in after us had drinks and food before us as well. We sat with our menus closed to help identify that we were ready to order as well.
Although this says 1 star its truly a zero for us.
I asked if the Southwest Philly can be made not hot, waiter said yes. It came very hot. Wife ordered wings and a side of Mac. Wings came..... No Mac....later Mac did come.... later another waiter came asking if we had Mac coming.... still later another....still later another. To be fair two more at table were good with their order.
Went online to calculate our order basically the same. Can’t see exactly since not all drink options are on there.
