Most of the tools have a lifetime guarantee and others have the option of extended warranty so they meet all my needs
I use the impact sockets all the time and they are still in real good shape

they will replace petty anything you break and I've had some of tools way over 15 years
I arrived at 7:55 to run in and purchase a saw. I was greeted by a store employee outside the door who informed me that they were closing and made it VERY clear that I was not welcome to enter the store. This was very rude and I will never return to this store.

One of their better stores that I've been in , staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are good, but it seems the quality has been slipping in recent years.
