This place is awesome. The staff there are amazing. Alexander had made my experience at Pawn America great! He was very easy to talk too. He knew his stuff! Was able to answer every question i had. Very professional with a sense of humor.
I'm a regular customer at Pawn America in Grand Chute, the employees are very friendly and professional. I enjoy building relationships with the employees so that when I come into the store, they know me by name. Melanie (manager), and the rest of the pawn broker and sales staff earn a 5 star rating in my book. Everybody is polite, professional and very friendly, this workplace is definitely NOT "just a job" to the employees that work here. It shows greatly, they're not in it just for the paycheck, this is the kind of environment I would enjoy providing myself working in a customer service job. Everyone does a wonderful job and I see many happy customers enter and leave the store. Thanks for these wonderful years of phenomenal service. I have been a Pawn America Appleton faithful for two years now, and have had nothing but fast, fair and friendly at each visit. From my experiences here, I have always felt I got the best price, and service that backed it. No matter the employee or Manager assisting me, there was always a smile with very informative knowledge of their products. You never see that at big box stores. Most recently I was assisted by Stephanie V. Her knowledge of product, and assistance was above and beyond my every expectation. I made a lot of Christmas purchases that day, and am certain to be back again very soon. Huge shout out Pawn America!!!
